Juanpera Gallel, Marc

Marc Juanpera Gallel is a PhD Industrial Engineer for the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC) and belongs to the Department of Management. He has studied the bachelor in Industrial Engineering and the Master in Industrial Engineering at the Barcelona School of Industrial Engineering (ETSEIB). He has carried out his PhD thesis entitled "Methodology for the evaluation and design of projects considering multiple criteria and uncertainty. Application to the development of energy projects in rural areas". For its realization, it has been the winner of two research grants: FI, granted by the AGAUR agency linked to the Generalitat de Catalunya (valid until November 2019); and FPU, granted by the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities (valid until December 2021). Currently is a Research Assistant belonging to the Institute of Industrial Control and Engineering and the research group Design and Optimization of Processes and Services (DOPS).
